» Club Open-House

The Penn State Robotics Club will be hosting an open-house on September 3rd, Wednesday, at 8 PM in 312 Hammond. We will be introducing people to the club, what we do, what we provide to members, and what projects we are involved with. The meeting is open to everyone, feel free to bring friends. There will be free pizza and soda for all who attend. Mark your calendars, we hope to see you there!

» Involvement Fair

This year, the Penn State Robotics Club is scheduled for a booth on Tuesday, August 26th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm in the Alumni Hall at the HUB. We are also scheduled to be a part of the WEPO activity fair from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in Kunkle Lounge on the same day. Be sure to stop by and check us out!

» Trinity Firebot

Congratulations to Andy Wilson, Dan Magagnosc, and Chris Berberich. Their robot, Rambler, competed in the Trinity Firebot Competiton on April 12 and 13. Rambler placed 3rd in the walking division and won the Versa Valve Challenge in the walking division.

Take a look everybody, the Fall 2007 Capture The Flag rules are posted. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact Matt McLure for any specific questions. Check out our projects page for updates or go directly to the official CTF Announcement.
Additionally the Mini-Grand is moving forward. Stop in any Wednesday between 8 and 10p to see what the team is up to. If you are interested, please contact Jeremy the club secretary and Mini-Grand Team Leader.

On Wednesday, September 5, the club will be hosting an open house. The open house will begin at 8:00pm in 312 Hammond. Pizza and drinks will be provided. All prospective members, as well as returning members, are invited to attend. The open house will provide attendees with a brief overview of the clubs plans for the coming year. We hope to see everyone there.
