» Website Hacked
» January 31st, 2012
Hey guys,
Our website was recently hacked, and has been down for about a week. The issue is still not quite resolved. PLEASE CHECK WHAT URL YOU ARE ON before doing anything you might regret.
In other news, our next meeting is tomorrow – Wednesday, February 1st. If you didn’t make it to the first meeting, you can still catch up. This week’s tutorial will be on Sensors – more specifically, IR sensors.

» Great First Three Weeks
» September 26th, 2009
The past three weeks have been a great learning experience for the members of the club, as the president and senior club members introduced newer members to the arduino hardware, software, and the stock robots. Groups added on their own IR sensors and programmed their robots, aiming to follow a wall. A good number of new members soon had a working robot following walls, and a good comprehension of what they needed to work on the bigger projects ahead. Now that the training weeks are over, the members are free to work on what they want to improve, and the results should be very interesting.

» Succesful Open House
» September 6th, 2009
The first club meeting last Wednesday drew, from a rough head count, around 60 people, and allowed the club to introduce its potential members to the club’s upcoming activities. The club’s president, Jeremy Bridon, gave a quick overview of our upcoming events, such as the Mini Grand Challenge, and pizza was had as interested students asked the club’s officers questions. However, even if students had not attended the open house, they are still welcome at our upcoming “training” activities, starting this Wednesday at 7.
