The Sumo-Bot competition is the first competition ever hosted by the Penn State Robotics Club. It pitted autonomous robots against each other in a sumo-wrestling inspired battle.

The Sumo-Bot competition consisted of a large black mat with a white circle painted around the edge. The goal of the competition was for robots to find each other, and push each other out of the boundaries denoted by the large circle.
